........double dose...........

Still no mojo...........so tonight you get this.......a cafe au lait............with a cappuccino on top.....trying to stay awake after last night's terrible sleep.

I don't think 5 and a bit hours driving since Wednesday morning has done my knee any good. It seemed that the steroid injection was working...........but the long drive Wednesday and again on Thursday seem to have strained the joint again so I didn't sleep well........and I've been hobbling all day.

I need some inspiration from some where.
