Bird in a wire

Greedy seagull steals a bag of rubbish (chips) and flies up onto the roof to devour them. Unfortunately the gull was trapped by its leg which was hooked around the bag which was caught in the anti-bird wires.

Call the RSPCA!

Call the Fire Brigade!!

Call the Police!!!

Call it a waste of money?
