Post-oil era

When petrol stations and garages become a new purpose, e.g. a boulangerie. Here a first example from Saint-Germain en Laye. It is a few meters away from the busy area and we had a light lunch there, sitting outside on the deck. What they offer is delicious and besides the usual things also some more experimental creations, e.g. buns in the colours of red (paprika), green (rocket juice) or black (cuttlefish ink).
