i did it ......

.... on a blistering hot day I managed to complete my first triathlon at Castle Howard and live to tell the tale, I may even do another one preferably a flat course in winter!
I will celebrate by spending a month in France (it was the thought of the wine and cheese that got me to the finish!) won't be around for a while but will hopefully return in September
