It's a Beautiful Day

I really struggled to get out of bed this morning but I did. I then lazied in the garden enjoying the sunshine (we do have grass down now). After a wee lovely lunch I went out on the bike determined to do at least 20 miles. It was a nice ride and I did enjoy it on the way out but the last 6 miles home did start to really really hurt.

There are some lovely sites on the canal banks so generally it was a lovely cycle. About 15 mins into my ride I came across this lovely guy just out for a wee fish.

Now feeling like I have well earned a large G&T
