Pedal

Finally got the bike out, and then some! I was volunteering at parkrun today, and with nothing else on thought I would cycle rather than drive. A scenic route home meant I covered 37 miles today, a lot for me!

Really enjoyed it, as well as the coffee and ham & mushroom omelette I had after parkrun, healthy treat! Only shouted at one motorist too, he even apologised for pulling out in front of me.
