Friends

Today we went to our old village to catch up with friends and had a great day. This is a selfie I took at arm's length of me and Sara. She's a fantastic friend and I haven't seen her enough since we moved.

We went to the pub for lunch and then had a wander to her flower patch - she grows and sells flowers. It was really unbelievably hot but the flowers seem to be thriving.

It was a lovely day but we have now just plonked down in front of the telly for a well-earned rest.
