Special effects! Shocking!

I'm not very good with GIMP, so I usually don't try to create ambitious things like electricity, but I think this turned out all right considering. I basically painted two soft yellow-and-white dots and then used a ripple filter to make them zigzag. I kinda like it.

The background is graffiti.
