Goujons, Goujons, Goujons!

Even after a day of prep and an evening of service, I was wide awake at 6:30 this morning. House to myself as the wife and kids are away for the weekend and I couldn't take advantage.

So, at God-knows-why -o'clock I decided to watch The Book of Eli which I recorded a few nights ago. It was ok.

Then work. Prep, service, clean down, home, dog walked, beer opened and I think I will fall asleep on the couch before I go back and carry on working tomorrow.

I wish Gill and the kids were here. Still, the dog is keeping me company.
