Philip

Today was somewhat surreal! After the emotions of yesterday it was strange to awake to a day that was 'normal'! A new normal. A normal that was not like the normal of before.

The beautiful flowers that were on Philip's coffin (sunflowers and agapanthus) needed attention so we separated them into vases and they are now shining their yellows and blues all over the house. A sunshine of colour to remind us of the happy times.

Thus begins the first day of the rest.....
