A bran nue dae.....

This pic if for my lovely daughter, Maddie. She dragged herself out of a nice warm bed this morning to accompany me on a dawn shoot. I know how much she is NOT a morning person , so this speaks volumes!
Yesterday she hired a video "Bran Nue Dae" and we watched it together in the afternoon. A somewhat irreverent Aussie comedy, but good fun and a great afternoon snuggled up on the sofa out of the rain.
On our way home this morning we stopped and had breakfast by the beach at Shelly Beach and watched the dolphins frolic in the waves, enjoying waffles with fresh berries and lattes.
I hope these moments will be carried with her when she leaves Australia for Scotland and her new life in University in September and starts out on her very own...brand new day!
