Sunday walk in winter

There were lots of people walking and cycling on Kennedys Bush Track this morning.

Despite being cloudy in Christchurch, the sun illuminated the mountains in the distance.

Looking across the Canterbury Plains to the front ranges of the Southern Alps, from the Torlesse Range on the right, round to the Rakaia.
