Bibimgooksoo (mixed spicy noodle)

Two student leaders came to plan out this school year. Am I so blessed or what? They wanted to try a Korean dish for lunch so I made them this since they said they liked spicy food.

I had a lovely afternoon, dreaming about all that can happen this year.

A day to remember, for sure. (I will definitely, now that I blipped about it!)
