Quiet on the beach

With all the concrete holding this beach together it's quite a spooky place at night - it feels like some kind of horrible abandoned WW2 themed park. Maybe that's a slight exaggeration, but it was certainly a long way away from the warm congeniality I'd just left - I drove past this beach on my way home from dessert with friends, and although I didn't have anything but my iPhone I had to stop. I'll go back sometime.
