Gin palace

A lovely evening spent with friends in London. We started the evening at Borough Market ~ arriving just as they were packing away. We wandered down to the river and stopped for a drink at The Anchor, watching the world go by. We then decided to walk to Covent Garden for something to eat. Walking past The Globe, crossing The Millennium Bridge, past St. Paul's Cathedral and then we spotted this little pub called Punch Tavern. A quirky little place that offered over 20 types of gin. Myself and Mr and Mrs S all had a sloe gin whilst Mr C went for a Tanqueray. Then off we went for a lovely Mexican.
After dinner we went for another walk around Leicester Square and Chinatown. London was heaving with people and sweltering in the summer heat but a fantastic night was had by all.
