Honey Bee fun!

I decided to focus on the bees today. I got out my macro adaptor and set off for the floral labyrinth area of the gardens. Honey bee heaven and the echinacea were pefect as their strucuture keeps the bees on the flowerheads long enough for me to get a clear shot.

Hopefully I'll be posting lots of nature shots over the next (nearly) 100 days! I've just found out about Springwatch's 100 Days of Nature - a photo project to take one nature picture a day. It started a few days ago but fellow blipper Daily Wild pointed it out on her journal.
