Orange Curd Butterfly Cakes

Got the 'baking bug' again today...so tried these orange curd butterfly cakes. They look almost like the ones depicted in Delia's cake book, it's surprising what slight imperfections you can hide under a sprinkling of icing sugar!

Sadly I won't be able to try them (allergic to orange), but I'm sure my husband will bravely take on the task of guinea-pig.
