We've finally changed estate agents after having 4 months with no viewings. We went live yesterday. There were a few hiccups which were quickly sorted, and today we had our first viewing. We've not even got our for sale board up yet! Fingers crossed things finally start moving (no pun intended) It's the perfect excuse to treat myself to some lovely flowers though :)
