Wild tree

Seen on the Sunday hike through the woods, a very gnarly tree grown in a strange shape. I did hurt my ankle, or rather my left heel (although I don't know where and when exactly!) so I trailed behind even more than usually. But it was a good hike , healthy exercise and hopefully the heel will stop bothering me soon.

Thanks very much for your comments on husband's happy golf return, he seems to be fine today, some minor hurts but not in his shoulder !
