So another relaxing day, Here's a little sparrow who shared my pain au chocolat this morning. After which, I watched the Commonwealth Games marathon, read some and reposed in the garden.

The men's marathon was won by Michael Shelley, an Australian, but I was more excited to see Steve Way finish 10th. This guy, who I have been following for some time is a real inspiration. He started running at 33 when he was over 100kg and smoking 20 a day. He finished this year's London marathon as 3rd Brit and qualified to represent England today, at 40 ! Great reading his blog about being part of the English team. He finished today in 2h15 , a PB. Amazing.
