Blowing in the wind

A cooler day, so off to see my mum in Leicester. Awful journey as M1 shut (but at least I got there, unlike the poor people involved in the cause of the closure). I bliped this thistle two weeks ago, it was in flower then. Mum was in good spirits and enjoyed out trip down the lane and sit in the garden.
