Frog!

This may not strike you as the greatest blip ever, but I am excited about it because I have been trying for a few years to encourage frogs into the garden.

This year we had loads of spawn in both ponds, but I was concerned that the fish might have consumed the lot and/or any tadpoles that might have hatched!

Well here is evidence of one little frog, and I am confident that there are at least three others scattered around the garden.
So delighted.
This little chap posed briefly for me before hopping off into the flower bed adjacent to the front pond.
He is rather nicely marked don't you think?
