Ruby Slippers.....

The monthly Chorlton Art Market was on yesterday in warm sunshine under hot blue skies. It had a Dorothy from Oz, Alice from Wonderland mash-up vibe about it. The market was decorated with themes from the books, the stall holders were there in character and there were Oz and Wonderland themed goods on sale.

I was taken by these sequinned ruby red slippers for aspiring Dorothy's or Wicked Witches of the West. I was more like one of Cinderella's ugly sisters, no matter how much I tried they wouldn't fit....
