Nia JAM on National Dance Day!

Besides celebrating National Dance Day, this was the first day of White Belt Training for those who have signed up! What a wonderful way to start the training with a fun Nia class celebration for National Dance Day. I myself studied and became a Nia White Belt almost 2 years ago. Hard to believe!
