Blotted

A bit of a step back today with a blotted copy book and a re-think about how well Bailey is sleeping. Sleeping - yes; but not necessarily aware that he needs to go out to do his business. So, the washing line had some unusual attachments today; hopefully they will only need to be on there for general maintenance in the future. The alarm is set for much earlier tomorrow to hopefully avoid it happening again.

He did survive me leaving him to do a food shop and was sleepy enough to go in his crate whilst I baked marzipan and cherry cake for pudding. He was very excited to see our guests and wasn't too savage; although a new move has been adopted which seemed to have a calming / mesmerising effect. It was lovely to have non-puppy company. And tonight he has gone to bed in his crate without any crying at all so a step forward on that count at least.
