Messing about on the river

Could have been titled Mini-Me...Nathaniel and Andy watching the town regatta with Mark and Jack. Won't be long before they're all at Stewards or PCC Pimms in hand! Lovely to see the kids so excited, Nate pointing out boats saying "ly-ook here comes a boat, it's a big one" and little Harry copying the exaggerated arm movements! We missed Michelle's race by a canvas but managed to catch up with her afterwards. Then the Hanmans came back to ours for an impromptu dinner in the garden so the kids could run around without going swimming in the river (Nate), eating grass (Bay), running away (Harry) or break into strangers tents (Jack). We patriotically ignored the rain and thankfully it passed before it made the pizza soggy.
