Sweet pea

A couple of months ago I bought a rather expensive perennial sweet pea plant. It was a risk because I am a bit 'hit and miss' with sweet peas but I thought I would give it a go. After about a week the slugs got to it but there were still a few viable shoots and it started to clamber up the trellis. When the flowers first appeared I was a little disappointed to find they were all white but now I realise that they really light up a dark corner especially in the evening light.
It was a good buy.
