Wrecked...

I have lost my Blip mojo at the moment...not sure why, maybe because it is mid-winter here and I am struggling each day to just get my usual things done!

Anyway, today was the start of a new week, Ella is back at school after 3 weeks holiday, so it was an early start in the house, no more sleep in's! I had to go and drop off paint etc to one of our job sites, driving all over town , and ended up in the city center at one stage. Haven't been in there for a few weeks, and it is amazing at what has been going on in that time..things coming down and things going up.

This building was still entire last time I looked.
Today it looks a bit like a bomb has hit it ( and the image it puts in my mind is one of those poor people in the war zone that is getting bombed at the moment, that we are seeing on our TV news every night at 6pm)

I spoke to the men that were standing around on the edge of the job , men in high vis gear that work for the demolition company , and said to them that aren't we lucky that our buildings are looking like this now only because the diggers are causing it, not because of EQ's or bombs.

They agreed with me.
