Jeremiah 29:11

My kids go to an awesome school that has a saying "College for Certain". Starting from Kindergarten, each kid's classroom is assigned a College/University that they represent. Every Friday morning, they have an assembly called "Town Hall", where teachers, parents & kids all come together to recognize students, see a class performance, etc. I enjoy the "chants" as they take the college role call and the kids excitedly yell out the motto of their elected university.

I thought I'd capture a little piece of this Friday morning tradition. Anyone, students or staff, who visit a university/college brings these pennants back to the school as gifts to display in our multi-purpose room as well as a picture of themselves at that campus. It's great to imagine what the future holds for these children!
