You are spoiling me.

Got £400 worth of John Lewis vouchers this morning. I had to negotiate up from the measly £20 they offered me. So 4 calls, a very angry email from me (I poured every bit of law savvy I've learnt from Law and Order into it, not in the least bit appropriate, but it seemed to calm me) and 3 photos of my huge ankle/bollock/foot. Then I got a very good response from head office who were very keen to resolve everything.
