Dilapidated Bath Building

I often pass this building on my way into the city. It is usually padlocked but I have seen an old man unlocking it and going inside. It looks to be crammed with stuff.
I have noticed recently that the building is for sale. Who will take on such a massive renovation project? I am fascinated by buildings, exterior and interior.
