Dragons !

I have watched Dragon flies zooming around the lakes and hoping to catch one in flight or see it land somewhere where I can capture it with my camera. Today was my day. Day off work and out at the Langford Lakes Nature Reserve.
This one, Black-tailed skimmer was doing what the name says, skimming around at the speed of light. Then it settled on this fence weaved of natural materials and allowed me to get a little closer. I am a happy Blipper :-)
