Stormy skies

Bit of a freakish day here in the UK weather wise. Flash floods, hail, torrential rain, thunder and lightening. Thankfully I avoided much of it but Ashford didn't. Less than 3 miles away in feltham/Bedfont just a light rain shower.

Diet going well and so is the exercise, gym swim tonight. Problem is my sugars are so well under control now I am prone to hypos.

A very nice client gave me some runner beans today and we had half for dinner tonight, very nice and not stringy.
