Dinner with a difference

After a busy weekend we had a whatever-is-in-the-fridge dinner tonight. Which was lettuce, beetroot, pineapple, chunks of baked potato, coleslaw, cress, ham, garlic mayo, and a poached egg. It was good!

In other news, I put together the last of the owls for the Calderglen Exhibition, which makes 30 in all. However one has found a good home already with Miss Irn Bru for her big birthday!
