Private!

Apparently there is a maxim that "an Englishman's home is his castle". In this instance the guy may or may not be English but his windbreakers definitely are his castle.

It seems he likes to be at the beach but needs his own personal space to be well defined to avoid getting sand kicked in his face or wee dogs running up and pinching his sausage rolls. There may well be other things he needs to do in private and judging from his shadow here I hope he is unscrewing the top off a bottle of water.

Perhaps we should be thankful he's doing it privately.
