Headed west for the day to take part in the Commonwealth Games. Well, when I say take part, we weren't actually competing, in fact we didn't even have tickets for anything but we did wander around a lot and soak up the atmosphere around the city.

And, I've promised my girls one fizzy drink and one ice-cream/lolly each if they accompany me later in the week for the cycling time trial. Think of it more as 'incentive' rather than 'bribe'.
