Nothing for it but to make jam

Supposed to be on holiday this week. Staying at home, more or less, and it was always going to be a bit hit or miss as we were trying to work around various events and a couple of lingering work demands but things have been scuppered by Ruairidh having his dance career brought to a sudden end by a suspected broken tailbone. Not a major injury but he's having difficulty sitting up or walking around.

So, our vague plans for holiday activities are on hold until the boy can sit on his bike and Steven is filling his day with raiding the co-op's nearly at sell by date strawbs and converting them into several jars of jam. Not making scones he says... I may have to rectify that situation later.
