COURT ROOM 5A

Down this hall on the right is courtroom 5 A. This is where the trial was held for a double homicide committed on Dec. 4,2005. After two and one half weeks of testimony, and a guilty verdict of murder in the 1st degree~~~the jury deliberated this evening on whether the penalty was life without parole, or the death penalty. It was life without parole .
The killer is 23 years old! (19 at time of the homicides )
The victims:....... his 42 yo mom and 77 yo grandpa. May they now rest in peace.
