Got few drops today

We only got few drops today, but it's been raining dry birch leaves all day. Poor trees are dying of lack of water. On a hot day they may consume 500 liters of water.

I've been watering the plants in our backyard every other day. i don't want our berries to die. We have lots of redcurrants and gooseberries nearing completion in a week or so.


Tears are the summer showers to the soul.
