Caution- entry contains excessive horse material!

Today I went to the Shetland Pony Show, to help out a friend (Jane) with her four ponies.
This is Jane with her one year old gelding Admiral. He won a third in this class.
The best result today was a first with little Maximus, Jane's pride and joy. She bred him herself, so he is her wee baby :)

After the show, I rode Tinks (a horse I may be leasing.) I thought I would just be bumming around the paddock, but the owners husband was home.. and it turns out he is a verrrrrrrry good rider. Apparently he jumps 1.25m+ for fun.
So anyway, he came out with me and basically gave me a free lesson! He said he cant help but teach :)
Well I learnt so much in that 45mins, it was excellent.
Today I cantered and jumped Tinks for the first time, and he loves it so much he squeals in delight. Its so cute! I really like him, so I think Romeo will have a new friend soon.
