Dahlias

We had a day out in Edinburgh today, a break from digging the garden. Ate our way towards the Botanic Gardens via Cuckoo's Bakery (award winning raspberry and white chocolate cupcakes) and Hamilton's Bar and Kitchen in Stockbridge (delicious tomato and tarragon soup). After a breezy stroll around the Gardens (gorgeous dahlias) we took the tram back to Haymarket Station. Came home to a lovely donation of plants to add to my charity plant sale. What a great day!
