Almost Ripe

Our tomatoes are very close to ripening, although not in time for my daughter to try them, as she was hoping to do. She and son-in-law left early this morning for the 500 mile drive home and we were delighted to get the phone call to say they'd arrived safely.

It was so lovely to see them both and to be able to enjoy days out with them in the sunshine. Feeling quite tired today after all the excitement of the past few days, but managed to catch up on chores and looking at your blips (that's never a chore!)

Life is going to seem a lot quieter for a while:-)
