Global Tiger Day

I cycled today, not just to work and back. It had been a while. It was glorious, and I could almost feel autumn approaching. Except that there were still a crap load of other people outside.

It seems that when I have sugar on the weekend it takes me three days to get it out of my system - and all that time I am sluggish and inactive. It's good to know - though I don't think I'll ever NOT have ice cream when it is offered. Or Ben & Jerry's is on sale :)
