Life is a Minestrone !!

The Kefalos Bridge.

This is one of three surviving Venetian bridges here on Cyprus dating from between 1489 to 1571.

The Kefalos bridge, together with the Roudia and Elia bridges were part of a camel trail that was constructed to help move copper that was mined at Pera Pedi down to the coast near Paphos.

Unfortunately, not a lot of water in the river at this time of year, would have liked to have a better reflection of the arch in the water. If you're ever in the area, please come and pay the bridge a visit, it's a really beautiful spot.

Please take a look at the larger image.
