Happy Meals
When the Hazyland Boys does something extraordinary, I buy them a Happy Meal from McDonalds as a reward. It is a funny little things, that we have done ever since my first Border Collie Hazy gained her Obedience Champion title. Her breeder promised her a Happy Meal if she won the last ticket and she did... And that was the beginning of a new tradition.
Winning Freestyle Dog Of The Year and qualifying for Crufts must be considered extraordinary and placing 3rd in the Dog Of The Year competition is pretty extraordinary for little Biscuit too, so today I met with Helle for some dog training and to give the dogs the Happy Meals we owed them.
Hero's sister Jazz won HTM Dog Of The Year and Helle's other Border Collie placed 2nd in the competition, so they had something to celebrate too.
So here they are... From left: Hero, Biscuit, Doggie and Jazz enjoying each a Happy Meal. On the top pictures, they are eating their cheese burgers and on the bottom one, they are drinking Milk Shakes.
Don't worry - Beat and Cookie got their share too even though they had not been winning at the weekend show.
After the Happy Meals, we choreographed the last bit of Hero's new routine and then we took all of the dogs to the small lake that I visited yesterday too and swam with them.
We swam for an hour and it was wonderful and now I have 3 very tired dogs.
See you tomorrow.
