Should it stay?

A local young man whose wife died a few months ago has erected this memorial on the coastal path on the edge of town.
It is causing a lot of controversy in the area as to whether it should be left up there.
One problem being he didn't get any permission from the council and another reason is health and safety issues.
It has really caused a stir, making news in the national daily papers.
