A New Commonwealth Event?

There was much skill and timing needed to get the remote controlled Virgin Media vans to collect the discus.

It was a packed morning at Hampden Park and so well organised, but we also loved all the extra details - the sand sweepers, the duet who made good the long jump plasticine planks and the team who synchronised putting out and collecting in the hurdles. They were great to watch and so efficient.

As we arrived at Glasgow Central this morning we were greeted by a brightly painted wall stating that 'PEOPLE MAKE GLASGOW.' How true as once agin we were well and truly looked after.
