View from a hill

Since the sun was shining for the second consecutive day, the first time this wet and windy summer, we decided to climb a little hill that is between our town and the next one, Selfoss. The little hill was higher than I thought, and the wind was fierce at the top. I stopped halfway up to catch my breath, and to take a picture. The crosses represent the number of people killed on the road between Reykjavik and Selfoss, a distance of about 50 km. I don't think any were added in the last 2 years, and so far this year only 3 people have been killed in road accidents in the whole of Iceland.
