More clearing out today. Bizarre the way that getting rid of things can really upset you. We've kept stuff for years and never looked at it once - and yet it was still hard to put it in the skip. I guess each and every one of those things meant something to us. They also spoke volumes about the kind of people we were and are now. Anyway, it's done. As a friend once said, they are only things. You don't throw the memories away.

Still, I couldn't let the other half throw out his Action man boxer dog. He's had it since he was little and it is just too precious to throw out so I rescued it from the skip. It will remain in hiding until the skip has gone.
