Train Tracks

It was another hot day and I decided to do some walking in the city centre as I was meeting my friend Carolyn for tea in the early afternoon.

I got off the bus on South Bridge and walked down Cockburn Street to Princes Street Gardens. It was nice to walk around under the shade of the trees.

I liked this view of the train tracks that lead into Waverley Station, with the Balmoral Hotel and North Bridge in the background.
